Viva Connections
With Microsoft Viva, the “employee experience platform” (EXP), the workplace is redefined around the needs of employees so that as much as possible can be done within the context of the Teams app. Viva Connections, the gateway to a modern employee experience, is a critical component in this. It provides not just the seamless integration of your company’s intranet in Teams, but it opens an interactive, feed-based communication and interaction with all employees. Furthermore, job-related tasks are supported, also for the mobile users.
We designed a structured workshop series as interactive sessions in non-technical jargon, in which you can discover the full scope of the issue at hand. We elaborate the necessary information for developing a suitable roadmap for your own EXP based on Microsoft Viva.

Workshop 1: Introduction to the new possibilities of an EXP with Microsoft Viva Connections. While presenting and discussing a range of relevant use cases and best-practice approaches, we focus on the specific objectives and requirements coming from your management and key stakeholders.
Workshop 2: Discussion of different options for obtaining full adoption in your organization, as best suited for your priorities. Definition of high-level strategy for your company-wide EXP.
Workshop 3: Development of best-suited roadmap for your organization. Agreement on next steps forward.
